1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing norrmstudio.com or engaging Norrm Studio for branding, marketing, content creation, advertising, or web development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Norrm Studio provides digital marketing growth services including branding, content production, paid advertising (Meta and Google), search and AI engine optimization (SEO/AEO), and web development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and milestones are outlined in individual client proposals or service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for contracted services, all custom branding deliverables, graphic assets, website source files, and video deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property, with Norrm Studio retaining the right to showcase approved work in its agency portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective campaign execution and hit inquiry targets, clients agree to provide timely approvals, accurate business information, and access to necessary platforms (ad accounts, domain settings, social channels) as agreed upon.

5. Inquiries & Results Transparency

While Norrm Studio uses proven strategies to generate 20–50 inquiries a month, results depend in part on client responsiveness, local market conditions, ad spend allocations, and the quality of sales follow-up on the client’s end.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore.
